The world is more stressed and unhappy than ever before.

It’s time to consider how we use our time.

About Us

Hi there! We're Julie and Sophie, two Sydney locals with 15+ years combined experience as loyal executive assistants to an eclectic collection of C-Level executives (you wouldn't believe the stories if we told you...).

Executive support professionals exist almost purely to ease time pressures on those who are time-poor. Over the years, we've refined our time management skills to expert-level.

Whether it's for work, rest, or play, not a moment is wasted.

Outside of our day jobs, Julie is a serial seminar-delegate, certified Hypnotherapist, children's book author and personal finance enthusiast. Sophie is a successful health & wellness blogger (check her out here at Nourish Me Whole - just don't mention avocado seeds...), recipe writer and airline points obsessor. We're both keen yogis, relentless spruikers of mindful living, and both feel passionately about the value to be gained from a long lunch with good conversation.

One day, over a casual sav blanc, we decided it was high time we made a contribution towards resolving the world of endless social media scrolling, binge TV-watching and stressed, unproductive, passionless people who have so much more to give. There we were, both in stable jobs, both studying coaching methodology, and both overflowing with ideas... we would never again be in a better position to reach out to the unhappy masses. iusetime was born.

Julie's avid passion for coaching people towards their financial and spiritual goals and Sophie's long-time love for natural health, wellness and purposeful living have combined to create a project to rescue the rut-stuck, and motivate them to achieve the most they possibly can.

We both love to travel the world, and both love an opportunity to tick something off the bucket list. Here we are doing just that (oh so gleefully!) in Epernay, France.

We like champagne. A lot.

"The only difference between a rich person and a poor person is how they use their time. " - Robert Kiyosaki

How will you use yours?
