  • The 4-7-8 Breathing Exercise

    Try this when you need help falling asleep, or when you’re simply trying to relax.

    1. Take a deep breath in for four seconds

    2. Hold for 7 seconds

    3. Breath out slowly for 8 seconds

    Repeat as often as you like.
